This is just a simple blog where I collect my various cocktail notes and recipes.

I like the idea of a clear picture of a drink paired with the recipe and a brief summary.

When I started this I had no idea how much work it would be to take a photograph of a cocktail that looks vaguely appetizing. Things you’d never notice in person can look kind of revolting when photographed.

Anyway, whole new appreciation for food stylists though I’d never claim to be one. I simply try to get a photo of a drink in a clean glass with no finger prints or spillage.
